PSHE
I am Mrs Paterson and I am the subject leader for PSHE.
At Bridge Hall we believe that PSHE is a vital and crucial part of all pupils’ education. Our PSHE Programme has a 
positive influence on the ethos, learning and relationships throughout the school. Our curriculum teaches pupils the skills and knowledge to keep themselves healthy and safe, allowing them to become aspirational and resilient members of society.
We teach PSHE in a variety of ways: as a discrete subject, through PSHE lessons, via assemblies and through other subjects such as RE, History, Geography, Literacy, Maths and Science, these opportunities provide a safe environment for children to explore with their peers issues that are relevant to them.
We are very proud that Ofsted recognised that Strong relationships and the promotion of pupils’ personal and social skills are strengths within our school.
