Bridge Hall Primary School Where Every Child Matters and Every Day Counts

ICT and Computing

At Bridge Hall Primary School we use a variety of resources to deliver lessons in computing and ICT.  Our children learn skills across a range of topics, which are in-line with the National Curriculum.  Each year, pupils will develop skills in coding and programming, enabling them to create their own games and apps, as and when they are ready.  We also offer regular opportunities for children to refine their computer life-skills such as, typing, word-processing, handling data and creating and editing images.

Central to all of the work in each class is how we use the internet effectively and safely.  It is our priority that children understand how to keep safe, protect information and about cyber bullying.
