Medical Information

If your child has a medical condition or an allergy, it is important to share this information immediately with school.  

Serious health conditions will need a medical action plan.  Please talk to the school office or call on 0161 480 7889.

Asthma may also require a medical action plan and your child must have an asthma inhaler and spacer in school.
