To support your child in their learning we ask that you engage in informal conversation each day about what they have been learning at school.

By chatting about learning this values what they have done and will also help them to retain information. 

We know children often struggle with the question "what did you do at school?" so here are some other questions you could ask...

• Who did you play with today?
• Which animals were in the box today?
• Did you play outside?
• What was for lunch ?
• Did the teacher read a story? what characters were in the story?
